My values
I'm a firm believer that our work should align with our values. My journey as a Taiwanese American immigrant has taught me to treat others with kindness and to appreciate the unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. I'm truly grateful to work in a field where I can positively impact people's lives through thoughtful design.
My design approach
When it comes to my design approach, I believe in listening carefully and empathetically, and tackling problems with a critical and open mind. I embrace ambiguity and face challenges head-on, always focusing on actions that bring clarity to the unknown. I stay committed to the end goal while allowing the design process to guide us in new directions.
How it is like working with me
I strive to create a psychologically safe space where everyone feels valued and heard. I believe that kindness and understanding are essential to fostering a productive and innovative environment. I also welcome feedback as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
